By placing an order via our website, phone, or email, you attest that you are at least eighteen and legally allowed to bind transactions legally.
Reservations
The Star Skyline Limousine reservation staff will do everything in their power to help customers around the clock. Although we will always try to go above and beyond, giving us 24 hours notice to get the chauffeured car ready for your particular trip might be necessary. Except for hires to or from other airports or those subject to a fixed charge, all listed prices are in AED, and hiring begins at the pickup location (A) and ends at the drop-off point (B).
Online Bookings
All reservations made online must be approved by Star Skyline Limousine. Online maps and quotes can occasionally be calculated inaccurately. If this happens and a product is advertised at an incorrect price, Star Skyline Limousine reserves the right to issue a refund or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. Star Skyline Limousine will promptly issue a credit for the wrong price if the order has been verified and charged to your credit card or, if it is not appropriate, a complete refund. Product availability and prices are subject to sudden changes. All discounts and offers are contingent upon availability. For the most recent prices, call. We maintain the right to restrict the number of promotional items we offer. Certain offers made on this website are subject to different policies. To identify you and secure your reservations, we will ask for personal information from you when you make a reservation on this website. This information may include your name, email address, billing address, credit card number, or other payment details. We certify that the payment details will be safely encrypted on our third-party payment system and not stored by us. Your email address is automatically added to our mailing list, and you can unsubscribe from it anytime. We send out only one email each month. We retain the right, without prior written notice, to use your company name or logo on our website or websites under the clients’ area if you are or were one of our clients in the past.
Single and Return Journeys
Waiting time fees apply to return trips made on the same day, provided they are made outside Dubai or within three hours. There are no waiting time fees if the return trip is planned for more than three hours; nevertheless, a different driver may finish the journey.
Waiting Time
A complimentary 30-minute waiting period is included in all quotations for trips picking up passengers from a flight to an airport in Dubai. There is a free 15-minute waiting period for all other trips. Following the free waiting period for all trips, a fee of AED 50 per hour, computed in 15-minute increments, will be charged to the debit or credit card provided when booking. Or “Any credit or debit card supplied at the time of booking may be charged by us at our discretion.”
Payments
Except in cases where the customer has a credit account or a credit card that Star Skyline Limousine has pre-approved, all fees listed here and in the company’s most recent tariff are payable in advance. Any additional costs, such as waiting time or parking fees, will be charged to the credit or debit card you provided when booking.
- There is no surcharge for payments made with a credit or debit card. Nevertheless, credit card fees are not reimbursed if a reservation is canceled.
- VAT is included in all online stated prices.
- There may be extra waiting time and parking fees associated with your reservation.
- Without previous written notice, rates are subject to change at any time.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
For all reservations (with the exception of weddings), Star Skyline Limousine must be notified of any cancellations or changes 24 hours prior to the specified pickup time. If not, Star Skyline Limousine retains the right to bill the customer in full. This also holds for reservations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
No-Show Policy
All money paid will only be refunded if the customer shows up at the specified location where a reservation has been booked and a confirmation has been given.
Complaints
If there is a grievance with the company’s services, the employer should try to resolve it immediately by asking the driver or the business for help. If this hasn’t resolved the issue, grievances must be filed in writing within 14 days of the hire’s termination date. The company will acknowledge all complaints within 14 days, and a detailed response will typically be provided within 28 days.
Fraud
The cardholder listed on the reservation must approve payments. If we reasonably suspect that you or the cardholder are connected to any fraudulent conduct, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without giving you advance notice. The following actions may give rise to such suspicion:
- When asked, you cannot provide details about the schedule, including complete pickup and destination addresses, passenger names and phone numbers, or any other information the business requires.
- When asked, you could not give us the cardholder’s contact details so we could do security checks.
- The cardholder alleges that the reservation is fraudulent and did not authorize the payment.
- You or the cardholder have previously engaged in fraudulent activities or filed chargebacks.
- We retain the right to refuse any reservations and to report you or the cardholder to the fraud department if we reasonably suspect you or the cardholder are connected to any fraudulent conduct.
